Harold Frailey, who was the first Pennsylvania District 29 Administrator, passed away on Monday. He was 79.

Mr. Frailey of Stroudsburg, Pa., was employed by the Lehigh Dairy Company for 40 years until his retirement in 1988.

A native of Reeders, Pa., Mr. Frailey supported Little League for more than 50 years, starting as a coach then serving as President of Stroudsburg Little League. He was the widower of Bessie Heller Frailey and Cora L. Hoffner Frailey and also was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Frailey and Edward Frailey.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Friday at the Pula and Bensing Funeral Home, 23 N. Ninth St., Stroudsburg. The funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.
