2007 Big League Softball World Series General Information
As always, admission is free. Vanderberg Park, where at least one of Little League Softball’s World Series tournaments has been played every year since 1980, seats approximately 5,000.

Food, refreshments, and souvenirs will be available at the complex. Pin trading is encouraged in a special area set aside for this purpose.
Medical personnel are on duty for every game and on call if necessary. In keeping with the Little League tradition of teaching by example, all smoking and smokeless tobacco use is prohibited in all areas of the complex.
The championship game of the Big League Softball World Series is scheduled to be televised nationally, on Saturday, Aug. 18 at 2 p.m. (ET) on ESPN2 and on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 2 p.m. (ET) on ESPN (tape-delayed basis). At this time, no other television coverage of games is planned, although Little League International continues to urge networks to carry the games of all World Series tournaments. We also expect extensive media coverage from newspapers, radio stations and television stations.
Other events during the week of the series include opening ceremonies, picnic, fun night for the players, awards banquet, parade of champions and spirit competition.
