International Tournament Tip of the Day – Tip 8
PrintOffensive and Defensive Substitutions
For all levels of tournament play, the regular season re-entry rule (3.03) is replaced.
A substitute entering the game for the first time may not be removed prior to the completion of his/her mandatory play requirements.
Managers can make defensive substitutions at any time while on defense, and offensive substitutions at anytime while on offense.
