Kids! Enter the 2005 National Spit Tobacco Education Program/Little League Slogan Contest

Oral Health America’s National Spit-Tobacco Education Program (NSTEP) and Little League International are pleased to announce the 2005 NSTEP Slogan Contest on the health consequences of using spit tobacco.

In 12 words or less, create an original slogan that effectively describes the hazards of spit tobacco use. All Little League Baseball and Softball players age fourteen (14) and under are eligible. All entries must be received by July 1, 2005.

Oral Health America’s NSTEP will provide the individual submitting the winning slogan with $500, a personalized Louisville Slugger baseball bat, and a trip, including airfare and hotel accommodations, for him/her and a parent/guardian to the Little League Baseball World Series in Williamsport, Pa., in August 2005. The winner’s local Little League program also will receive a check for $500.
