Argentina Charters 16 New Little League Programs

Sixteen new Little League programs were chartered in the South American nation of Argentina last month, part of 34 new leagues worldwide through June 15.

There also were 10 new leagues in the U.S., two in Venezuela, two in Poland, and one each in Canada, Ghana, Russia and Puerto Rico.

Little League also bid a fond farewell to three District Administrator in the last month. They are (with state or country and district number): Scott Langlie (Illinois 16), Nick Wognum (Minnesota 4), and Allan Mak (Hong Kong 1).

There were four new district administrators. Little League welcomes Donald S. Haley (Illinois 16), Bob Olson (Minnesota 4), Bobby Lang (Georgia 9), and Winson Chan Sui-Hung (Hong Kong 1).
