Joseph W. Losch - Little League International Vice President of Operations and Corporate Secretary

After graduation from Williamsport’s Lycoming College in 1968, Joe came to work for Little League International as a member of the shipping and receiving department. In 1969, Joe was named coordinator for the Central Region, and in 1970 he moved on to become director of the Eastern Region. In 1982, Joe was appointed International Tournament director, and in 1989 he assumed the duties of assistant to the president.
In his current position since 1991, Joe is responsible for administering Little League International’s Operations Division. He continues to serve as director of the Little League International Tournament, and is secretary for the Little League International Charter Committee, and chairman of the Rules Committee.
Joe is a native of Williamsport, where he played Little League and later volunteered as a coach and umpire, and served as a Little League summer camp counselor. Joe has been associated with several local agencies including the American Heart Association, Leadership Lycoming, Hope Enterprises, and the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce. He is also an experienced scholastic football official and was inducted into the West Branch Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 1998.
Joe and his wife, Norma, have two children, Matthew (31) and Mandy (23).
