The World Series will be played Aug. 16-26, 2012. All of the games will be played at the two stadiums on the Little League International complex in South Williamsport, Pa.

To locate World Series parking areas using a Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) system enter this address: 570 East Central Avenue – South Williamsport, Pennsylvania. (Note: May be listed in some GPS units as “Central Avenue East.”). Handicapped parking is available at this same location.

Once reaching your destination, continue to travel East Mountain Ave. Parking is located off of East Mountain Ave., in the South Williamsport Sports Complex, directly behind the Little League International complex.

From the parking areas, visitors to the Little League Baseball World Series will be required to walk to the stadiums, which includes an extended incline (from the South Williamsport Sports Complex) or downhill (from Route 15), and must pass through a security checkpoint.

During the Little League Baseball World Series, please keep the following information in mind for your safety and enjoyment.

The following items and activities are PROHIBITED on the Little League International Complex:

• Alcohol
• Beach Umbrellas (small umbrellas 42” or less will be permitted)
• Cigarettes, Cigars or Tobacco of any kind
• Containers with Liquid *(cans, plastic and aerosol containers)
• Fireworks
• Large Bags or Containers
• Large Coolers
• Laser Pointers
• Noisemakers (ex: vuvuzelas, thunder sticks, air horns, etc.)
• Pets
• Roller Blades
• Scooters
• Skateboards
• Solicitation
• Tarps and Tents
• Weapons of any kind

Permitted Items

• Backpacks
• Diaper Bags
• Fanny Packs
• Pin Bags
• Small Bags
• Small Coolers (10”W x 13”L x 12”H and smaller)
• Small Purses
• Strollers
• Sunscreen (in its original container subject to inspection) *(NO Aerosol Containers are permitted)

*Containers of liquid for infants (i.e. baby bottles, formula) will be permitted, but are subject to inspection.

Special needs items allowed on the complex:

• Items required for infants
• Items required for allergies such as Epipens, medications, etc.

Smoking and use of smokeless tobacco products are prohibited on the Little League International complex.

All items brought into the complex are subject to search and inspection.

All blankets, chairs and personal items of any kind must be removed daily. There will be no claim check for prohibited items at the entry points.

Little League International reserves the right to remove from, or deny access to Little League property any item, individual, or group whose actions are deemed inappropriate.

- Security gates open daily at 9 a.m. (time is subject to change).
- Stadiums will open 1 hour prior to game time.

Visitors to the World Series with physical disabilities have access to shuttle service at various identified locations throughout the Little League International complex.

• These locations are designated with handicap signage and are to be used ONLY by those visitors who need assistance to the stadiums, or visitor parking area located at the South Williamsport Sports Complex (East Mountain Ave.)
• Each stadium is handicap accessible, with ramps and seating locations available for visitors in wheelchairs.

For those in need of medical assistance, the World Series Aid Station is located on the first-base side of Howard J. Lamade Stadium.

Tickets

As always, tickets are free. Howard J. Lamade Stadium, where the final rounds of the Little League World Series have been played every year since 1959, seats approximately 10,000. The hillside terraces just beyond the outfield fence, which offers excellent viewing, can accommodate up to 30,000 more fans.

Little League Volunteer Stadium, for early round games, seats about 5,000. The 2012 Series will again feature 16 teams from around the world.

Admission to all Little League Baseball World Series games is free.

There is limited General Public seating in Lamade Stadium and Volunteer Stadium for all games other than the United States, International and Championship Games. General Public seating for those games is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the game(s). General Public seating ticket/passes are not available in advance but may be distributed prior to the respective games by Little League Baseball World Series ushers/personnel upon entering Lamade stadium to assist World Series ushers/personnel in controlling crowd size.

Seating will be available on the famous “hill” or terraces overlooking the outfield fence, where no ticket is required.

Souvenir tickets for the terraces are available by writing to: Attention – Souvenir Terrace Tickets; Little League International; 539 US Route 15 Hwy.; PO Box 3485; Williamsport, PA 17701. Include with your request a stamped, self-addressed envelope. These souvenir tickets will be mailed in early August. (Again, however, these tickets are not required for seating on the terraces.)

If you are arriving by car, take U.S. Route 15 into South Williamsport, and follow the signs to the Little League Museum/Stadium Parking. Parking is free.

If you are using a GPS unit for navigation on your trip to the Little League Baseball World Series, you should enter the following address: 570 East Central Avenue – South Williamsport, Pennsylvania. A wide variety of food and refreshments are available, and Little League Baseball World Series souvenirs are also available. Pin Trading is encouraged in a special area set-aside for this purpose. Fans are encouraged to visit the Little League Sponsors area.
