District Administrator George Glick
Inducted Into Indiana Youth Baseball Hall or Fame
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Feb. 25, 2008) – George Glick, Indiana District 10
Administrator, and a former member of the Little League
International Board of Directors, was recently inducted into the
Indiana Youth Baseball Hall of Fame.
Mr. Glick of Fort Wayne, Ind., has been involved with youth baseball
in Indiana for more than 40 years. He is a member of the inaugural
class of inductees to the Indiana Youth Baseball of Fame.

A total of 16 leagues make up Little League’s Indiana District
10. District administrator since 1982, Mr. Glick oversees the
operation of this district, which services more than 350 teams and
4,500 baseball and softball players.
Mr. Glick volunteered as a Little League umpire for 30 years, and
has served as the Central Region’s Junior League Baseball Tournament
director for 24 years. He also served four years as a member of the
Little League International Rules Committee.
In 1998, Mr. Glick was presented with the Distinguished Hoosier
Award by the state of Indiana, and at the 2004 Little League
International Congress in Virginia Beach, Va., he received the
Meritorious Service Award.
