International Tournament Tip of the Day – Tip 7

Starting Games on Time

A game shall not be started unless the Tournament Director or assistant judges there is adequate time to complete the game before darkness or curfew.

Curfew for Little League Baseball and Softball and below designates that no inning shall start after 11 p.m. According the Little League definition, an inning begins at the moment the third out is made to complete the previous inning.

The curfew for Junior League and Senior League is 11:30 p.m. For Big League the curfew is midnight.
