Jackie Robinson West Little League (White Sox) - Chicago, Illinois: Located in Chicago, Jackie Robinson West Little League is in Illinois District 4, under District Administrator Verba Kirksey. The league has been a chartered member of Little League since 1961, and this is the fourth year it has been involved with the Little League Urban Initiative. Approximately 530 children are participating in the Jackie Robinson West Little League, which fields 38 teams. The league president is Annie Haley.
