Forest Park Little League (Black Hawks) - Baltimore, Maryland: Located in Baltimore, Forest Park Little League is in Maryland District 4 under District Administrator Quinn Hren. The league has been a chartered member of Little League since 1954, and involved with the Little League Urban Initiative for four years. Approximately 115 children are participating in Forest Park Little League, which fields eight teams. The league president is Curtis Covington, and the league.
