East End Little League: Located in Houston, Texas, East End
Little League is in Texas District 15, under District
Administrator Ferris Maness. The league has been a chartered
member of Little League since 1954, and involved in the Little
League Urban Initiative for six years. Approximately 325
children are participating in the East End Little League, which
fields 27 teams. The league president is Manny Carrillo, Sr.,
and the league is a member of the Council of Houston Inner City
Little Leagues (CHILL).
