Parkchester Little League: Located in The Bronx,
N.Y., Parkchester Little League is in New York District 22 under
District Administrator Chris Amarosa. The league has been a
chartered member of Little League since 1959, and this is the
first year it has been involved with the Little League Urban
Initiative. Approximately 180 children are participating in the
Parkchester Little League, which fields 15 teams, and shares its
playing facility with three other Little Leagues. The league
president is Dean Ricks.
