Baseball Factory is widely recognized as the top, hands-on player development and college marketing service in the United States. More than 2,500 players from Baseball Factory have been selected in the Major League baseball amateur draft, with more than 260 of those players going on to play in the Major Leagues. In addition, Baseball Factory has assisted players in obtaining more than $500 million in scholarships, and in access of 30,000 of our players have gone on to compete at the college level. Nearly 100 percent of Division I college programs have at least one Baseball Factory alum on their roster.

After more than 16 years providing baseball players nationwide with professional training and expert college guidance, Baseball Factory is excited to announce the launch of a new division: Softball Factory. Softball Factory provides authentic training and college recruiting programs for youth and high school softball players. Softball Factory does NOT feature baseball people running softball events. Softball Factory has been started with the same vision as Baseball Factory, but is led be softball professionals with years of experience coaching and playing the game. Softball Factory's staff strives to provide players with the very best in instruction, guidance and college promotion.

Little League® Baseball and Softball has designated Baseball Factory as the Exclusive and Official Player Development Partner of Little League Baseball and Softball. Baseball Factory will work with Little League to encourage sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork, while developing the skills of each player in order to promote future on-field success. We will work with the Little League players to develop their skills and ultimately guide them on their path to college baseball and softball.
