SUBWAY® Baseball DeSIGNS Auction starts August 20th

Watch your calendar, bidding starts Aug. 20th in the SUBWAY® restaurants Celebrity Baseball Auction to Benefit the Little League® Urban Initiative.

More than 30 celebrity baseballs designed by Little Leaguers® and autographed by celebrities are part of this year’s SUBWAY® Baseball DeSIGNS tour.

Starting Friday, Aug. 20th, these unique collectibles will be auctioned to the public on www.eBay.com. Bidding will be open throughout the Little League Baseball World Series, and will conclude with the Series on August 29th. Total proceeds from the auction will benefit the Little League Urban Initiative.
 
Celebrities scheduled to autograph baseballs for the tour include the cast from the popular television series “Glee,” actors from the hit “Twilight” franchise, the cast of “Gossip Girl,” champion swimmer Michael Phelps, Major league Baseball reats CC Sabathia and Ryan Howard, NASCAR’s Carl Edwards and four-time NASCAR champion Jeff Gordon.
