Little League Baseball, Incorporated would like to present an opportunity to its Pennsylvanian fans, followers, and supporters to don a Little League license plate on your registered car, van, truck or SUV!

Any Pennsylvania resident can apply for a Little League license plate, but here are some rudimentary steps to show your Little League allegiance on the road!

The specialty plate fee is $40.00 and is a one-time fee only and is addition to the annual registration fee.

To request a Little League license plate application, please e-mail licensing@littleleague.org. In the body of your e-mail request, please include your mailing address so we can mail a license plate application to you directly.

  • Please write an endorsed check of $40.00 dollars to Little League Baseball, Incorporated along with the application to the address above.
  • Mail your completed application form to:
Little League Baseball, Incorporated
c/o – Little League Baseball Plates Program
539 US Route Highway 15
P.O. Box 3485
Williamsport, Pennsylvania 17701-0485

You must pay an annual registration directly to PennDot. The registration expiration date on your current plate will be transferred to your new Little League plate when issued. You must have a current plate (not expired) in order for PennDOT to issue the new Little League plate to you.

PennDot takes about 4-6 weeks to process plate orders. Little League recommends that people who are interested in getting a Little League plate for the first time submit their application at least eight weeks before their registration expires. Plates will be mailed directly to the applicant’s address. Please note that PennDot does not allow personalized plates under the specialty plate program.

If inquiring about the status of a plate, please contact licensing@littleleague.org.
