Little League International Discusses Composite Bat Moratorium
Little League International Takes Little League Baseball World Series Ticket Lottery Online
Due to the moratorium announced on Dec. 30, 2010, on composite baseball bats in all baseball divisions, several common questions have arisen. The most common questions have been addressed by Patrick Wilson, Little League International's Vice President of Operations.
The 2011 World Series Ticket Lottery will be conducted online with all submissions being collected through Little League's website. Log on to the Little League website to access the entry form.

Joe Samuel of St. Croix, served as U.S. Virgin Islands District Administrator for 33 years and was the third-longest serving District Administrator in the Latin America Region.
Alice O'Neil, former Massachusetts District 14 Administrator, passed away on January 16. She was 84. A native of Lynn, Mass., Mrs. O'Neil served as a volunteer District Administrator for 16 years.

If a district intends to host any Little League International Tournament games above the district level, the host league must have an approved 2011 ASAP plan. ASAP plans must be implemented before the 2011 season starts in order to qualify as an approved plan.
