Challenger Jamborees Set to Begin in April

By Sam Ranck, Director of the Little League Challenger Division

Beginning in April, Challenger Jamborees will once again be held in many states throughout all regions of the United States. These Jamborees give Challenger Division players from across the country the opportunity to come together for a fun-filled event that includes several games against teams from other parts of the United States. Other activities are planned, providing opportunities to form new friendships and interact with Jamboree players and Challenger Division volunteers.

In addition to the annual Worldwide Challenger Jamboree held in Norfolk, Va., other regional jamborees are also available to interested leagues chartering Challenger Division teams. This year, regional jamborees will be hosted in the Central, Eastern, Southwestern and Western Regions.

For a listing of jamborees and information on how to register your team to attend, please visit the Challenger Division webpage at www.littleleague.org/media/challenger.htm
