- League Age determination date for the Softball divisions of Little League

- All residency eligibility documents must be either dated or in force between February 1, 2012 and February 1, 2013

February 15

- Deadline to submit Federal tax return for local league

April 1

- Deadline to submit local league ASAP (A Safety and Awareness Program) plan.

April 30

- League Age determination date for the Baseball divisions of Little League

June 5

- Deadline to submit a charter application; leagues must be chartered in any division(s) in which they wish to enter a tournament team to be eligible to enter a team in those divisions

- Deadline to pay all charter and insurance fees

- Deadline to adjust chartered team numbers

- Deadline to submit waiver requests; all waivers must be submitted and approved by this date

- Deadline to submit regular season rosters to Little League International

June 15

- Deadline to submit a tournament enrollment form

- First day that tournament teams may be announced (tournament teams may be announced 2 weeks prior to the start of tournament in the 9-10 baseball and softball tournaments, 10-11 baseball and softball tournaments and the Little League Softball tournament)

September 15

- Deadline to submit tournament mileage reimbursement forms

September 20

- All league officer information should be updated in the Little League Data Center to ensure that 2014 charter packets will be sent to the correct individuals

September 30

- Deadline to submit a copy of the league's financial report to Little League International
