It’s mid-December and time to prepare for the coming season. Often, a local Little League might be lulled into believing that this preparation can wait for warmer weather.

But when warmer weather comes, there will be other considerations. Procrastinating now means a backlog of work. Important tasks will begin to slip through the cracks.
