Spring: Interleague/Combined Teams Forms
As with most other forms, these are filled out completely by the local Little League. They are sent to the District Administrator first, then forwarded to Regional Headquarters when required. Until written permission is received from the District Administrator (regular season only) or Regional Headquarters (tournament combinations), Interleague Play or Combined Teams Play should not be conducted. (Regulation I c-5).
The leagues involved should form an Interleague committee to work with the teams making up the Interleague arrangement. This is not the responsibility of the District Administrator, although he/she can be consulted.
