Annual Little League Awards Programs Accepting Nominations

With the 2013 Little League taking shape, now is the time to consider recognizing individuals for their commitment to the Little League program.

Each district and league has individuals who should be recognized for their commitment and participation in the Little League program. By participating in the Awards Program you help demonstrate the benefits and values of volunteerism, family and sportsmanship.

June 1 is the deadline for you to submit your nominations for the 2013 Little League Awards Program. Information on the respective awards, nomination forms for the awards and highlights of past recipients is available on the Little League web site, at: www.littleleague.org/learn/awards.htm.

The national recipients for each award and a guest will be the guests of Little League International at the 2013 Little League Baseball World Series. The recipients will be provided with round-trip transportation and hotel accommodations. These individuals will be honored at the annual Awards Breakfast and during pre-game ceremonies.

Send completed nomination forms to Little League International in South Williamsport, Pa., for your nominee to be considered for national recognition.
