District Administrator Elections: Any District Administrator (DA) who is up for election in June 2013 is reminded to follow the proper procedures for filing for re-election and also is asked to contact his/her local leagues to inform them that an election will be held. Eligibility Waiver Deadline: All waiver requests involving player eligibility must be processed by the district and respective regional offices, and acted upon by the Little League International Charter Committee in South Williamsport, no later than June 5, 2013 and prior to said player participating in the local Little League program.
All waivers requests (for the league, team, player, manager, and/or coach) of any kind must be submitted and approved not later than June 5, 2013. All regular season team rosters must be submitted to Little League International in accordance with the requirements outlined in Regulation IV (g), not later than June 5 2013.
2013 Little League Awards Program: June 1 is the deadline for nominations for the 2013 Little League Awards Program. Information on the respective awards, nomination forms for the awards and highlights of past recipients are available here. Send your completed nomination forms directly to Little League International in South Williamsport, Pa. 2013 ASAP Still Being Accepted: Leagues which submitted safety plans in 2012, but have yet to do so this year, are strongly encouraged to mail their plans to Little League International by April 19 to receive the 15 percent insurance credit. District Administrators are advised to check the Little League Data Center to identify if any league(s) in your district have not submitted safety plans for 2013.

2013 Little League Rulebooks Apps: The 2013 Little League Rulebook Apps provide all of the Little League rules for Baseball, Softball, and Challenger division with an easy to navigate interface including search capabilities and bookmark functionality. Registration Information: Districts should strongly encourage local leagues to submit regular season player registration/roster information and coach/manager data through the Little League Data Center in accordance with the impending ASAP regulation that will be mandatory for the 2014 season.
District-wide Teenage programs: Big League baseball and softball, and Senior League softball can be chartered and operated on a district-wide basis. Encourage local high school baseball and softball programs to consider having age-appropriate players participate in these programs.
