Little League Baseball World Series Tickets: Ticket request forms for the 2012 Little League Baseball World Series have been e-mailed or mailed. Please complete the form and return it to Pam Wright at Little League International by June 1, 2012. Please direct any questions to Pam Wright, at pwright@LittleLeague.org; or 570-326-1921.

2012 Tournament Application and Mandatory Background Check Verification Form: Little League International in South Williamsport, Pa., is encouraging leagues to log on to the Little League Data Center to enroll in the 2012 Little League International Tournament by completing the participation form available here. Whether your league intends to participate in tournament play, or not, this form must be completed and submitted to Little League International in compliance with Regulation I (c) 8 and 9.

Leagues Fees Paid by Credit Card: All team revisions and fees for charter insurance are due no later than June 6, 2012. If a league wishes to pay by credit card, contact Little League International at: 570-326-1921, and ask for the Finance Department. A convenience fee of 3 percent will be added to your league’s balance for processing the card.

2012 ASAP Information for Hosting Tournaments: Tournament rules require any host of a section, division, region or World Series must have an approved ASAP safety plan. ALL safety plans must be submitted WITH the Qualified Safety Plan Registration form. Your safety plan WILL NOT be shown as received or approved without the form stating who is submitting it, and where the 13 minimum requirements can be found in the league(s) plan. Also, check the Little League Data Center to confirm leagues have completed all of the required background checks.

Rule Changes in Effect for 2012 Season: Descriptions of changes to Little League’s rules and regulations that are in effect for the 2012 regular and tournament seasons are available for review. All changes are available here.

Eligibility Waiver Deadline: All waiver requests involving player eligibility must be processed by the district and respective regional offices, and acted upon by the Little League International Charter Committee in South Williamsport, no later than June 6, 2012, and prior to said player participating in the local Little League program.

All waivers requests (for the league, team, player, manager, and/or coach) of any kind must be submitted and approved not later than June 6, 2012. All regular season team rosters must be submitted to Little League International in accordance with the requirements outlined in Regulation IV (g), not later than June 6, 2012.

Hats and Supplies: District Administrator hats and other specific supplies will be delivered prior to the tournament mailing. All updates on tournament resources are available here.

Adjust and Update Rosters and Charter Information: The deadline for changes to 2012 charter and roster information is June 6, 2012. Changes include, but are not limited to, updates and adjustments to team rosters, total teams chartered for the year, insurance coverage and proper listing of teams by division.
