Awards Program: The nomination submission deadline is June 1, 2011 for the 2011 Little League Awards Program. The forms for the awards are available on the "ASAP/Leagues Supply" CD or can be downloaded from the Little League website, at: www.littleleague.org/Learn/awards.htm. World Series Tickets: Ticket request forms for the 2011 Little League Baseball World Series have been e-mailed or mailed. Please complete the form and return it to Pam Wright by June 3, 2011. Please direct any questions to Pam Wright, at pwright@LittleLeague.org; or 570-326-1921, ext. 222.

Tournament Affidavit and Supplies: Tournament affidavits, and related documents and supplies, including mileage forms and medical release forms, will be mailed in specific groups designated by region. If a league charters teams in baseball and softball divisions, two separate mailings will be received. These forms and documents are available, at: http://www.littleleague.org/learn/forms.htm and http://www.littleleague.org/tournamentresources.htm

Leagues Fees Paid by Credit Card: All team revisions and fees for charter insurance are due no later than June 8, 2011. If a league wishes to pay by credit card, contact Little League International, at: 570-326-1921, and ask for the Finance Department. A convenience fee of three (3) percent will be added to your league's balance for processing the card.

Rule Changes in Effect for 2011 season: Descriptions of changes to Little League's rules and regulations that are in effect for the 2011 regular and tournament seasons are available for review. All changes are available, at: http://www.littleleague.org/tournamentresources.htm

Eligibility Waiver Deadline: All waiver requests involving player eligibility must be processed by the district and respective regional offices, and acted upon by the Little League International Charter Committee in Williamsport, no later than June 8, 2011 and prior to said player or league participating in the Little League tournament games. All waivers requests (for the league, team, player, manager, and/or coach) of any kind must be submitted and approved not later than June 8, 2011. All regular season team rosters must be submitted to Little League International in accordance with the requirements outlined in Regulation IV (g), not later than June 8, 2011.

Hats and Supplies: District Administrator hats and other specific supplies will be delivered prior to the tournament mailing. All updates on tournament resources are available on-line here: http://www.littleleague.org/tournamentresources.htm

Adjust and Update Rosters and Charter information: The deadline for changes to 2011 charter and roster information is June 8, 2011. Changes include, but are not limited to, updates and adjustments to team rosters, total teams chartered for the year, insurance coverage and proper listing of teams by division.
