Tournament Affidavit and Supplies: Tournament affidavits, and related documents and supplies, including mileage forms and medical release forms, will be mailed in specific groups designated by region. If a league charters teams in baseball and softball divisions, two separate mailings will be received. These forms and documents are available, at: http://www.littleleague.org/learn/forms.htm and http://www.littleleague.org/tournamentresources.htm.

Tournament Enrollment Forms: All local leagues that plan to participate in 2011 tournament play must submit a tournament enrollment form and payment to Little League International. Members of District Administrative Staffs are strongly encouraged to check the Little League Data Center to ensure that all leagues in your district are in compliance.

Rule Changes in Effect for 2011 season: Descriptions of changes to Little League's rules and regulations that are in effect for the 2011 regular and tournament seasons are available for review, such as the to change to the Mandatory Play rule. All changes are available, at: http://www.littleleague.org/tournamentresources.htm.
