2010 Congress Information: If you have not done so, please forward your Congress Registration Form to Little League International by January 15. You may still register after January 15, but reimbursement for hotel, travel, and other related expenses may not be distributed until after the Congress has concluded and proper documentation has been submitted and processed. Online Chartering: The online charter option is available now. In this first year, we encourage all District staffs to monitor how this process is received and provide feedback to the Operations Department at Little league International. An online tutorial demonstration on how to charter online is available here: http://www.littleleague.org/onlinecharter/

Continuing Affiliation and Non-Compliance: Coordinate with leagues that have not yet chartered for 2010. If information or educational materials are needed, contact the Little League International League Development Department for assistance. District Administrative staffs are advised to check the Little League Data Center to verify those leagues that have not chartered for this year as well as those that are currently listed on the non-compliant list. Little League Position Statements: On the Little League website, at www.LittleLeague.org, a variety of position statements are available describing policies that must be observed at all levels of Little League. This information is located on the Little League website home page in the "Learn More" section, inside the "Rules Regs & Policies tab ... see Position Statements; or click here: http://www.littleleague.org/Learn_More/rules/positionstatements.htm.

Field Lighting: In preparation for the 2010 season, District Administrative staffs are reminded that it is their responsibility to coordinate with their local leagues that have lights at their facilities and play night games, to ensure that the lighting systems meets all of Little League's regulations. Teenage Divisions and Softball Special Games: Little League International has a series of guidelines to help districts and leagues organize, coordinate and operate special games involving Little League teams in all divisions of play. Little League Coach Resource Center: Information and training items are continually being updated to the Little League Coach Resource Center. Each League President has a registration code for league members to access the Little League Baseball and Softball Resource Center located on the Little League website:www.LittleLeague.org. Registration codes for newly-chartered leagues are provided by standard mail.

Remote Clinic Form: If any district would like to host a clinic, Little League International can help publicize it. Just go here http://www.littleleague.org/districtadmins/RemoteClinic.htm (or paste the text into your browser) to fill out and submit the form.
