Boundary Maps: Confirm all league boundary maps are current, accurate, and properly recorded for the 2009 season. A current and accurate map is one that is based on the boundaries as of April 23, 2007, or as noted on a map amended since that date. A league's map must be accepted by, and on file at, the Regional Headquarters to be considered "official."

Softball Special Games: Little League International has created a series of guidelines to help districts and leagues organize, coordinate and operate special games involving Little League Softball teams in all divisions of play. The guidelines can be found here: http://www.littleleague.org/Assets/forms_pubs/SpecialGamesGuidelines_Softball.pdf
