Charter Completion: All 2009 charter applications have been distributed. Follow up with the leagues in the district and offer any assistance necessary to fully and accurately complete the application forms.
 
League Documentation: Confirm all league boundary maps are current and accurate, and adjustments to constitutions and league by-laws are properly recorded for the 2009 season. A current and accurate map is one that is based on the boundaries as of April 23, 2007, or as noted on a map amended since that date, and that is accepted by and on file at the Regional Headquarters.

New League Inquiries: If communities or neighborhoods have expressed interest in chartering a Little League program, or adding divisions to their current programs, contact the Little League International League Development Department - Dan Velte, Director of League Development and Affiliation, dvelte@LittleLeague.org; or Sam Ranck, League Development Manager, sranck@LittleLeague.org.

District Calendar: Create and publicize dates for district meetings, training sessions, Little League Road Shows, registration days, and other promotions. Make this information available to all league presidents in the district.

Little League Road Shows: A listing of Little League Road Shows is available here: www.littleleague.org/leagueofficers/clinics.htm. If a Road Show is scheduled in your area, promote that information to local leagues in the district.

Remote Clinic Form: If any district would like to host a clinic, Little League International can help publicize it. Just go here www.littleleague.org/districtadmins/RemoteClinic.htm (or paste the text into your browser) to fill out and submit the form.
