First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania Grants $300,000 to Little League Baseball from the Impact Fund
SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Feb. 6, 2013) – The First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (FCFP) is proud to grant $300,000 to Little League Baseball (Little League) through the Williamsport Lycoming Impact Fund. Since its creation in 2002, the Impact Fund has granted $1,225,000. The Fund was established to accumulate unrestricted funds for programs and projects with a high community impact.

World of Little League: New Museum, New Name, New Look
SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Feb. 4, 2013) – In a little more than four months, a “new” museum will open at the Little League International Complex. To go along with the $4 million renovation of the Little League Museum, the facility now has a new name and a new logo as well. Hours of operation will be expanded, and it will be open seven days a week.

Little League Urban Initiative Announces Nine Jamboree Events
SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., (Jan. 30, 2013) Since the Little League Urban Initiative decided to move its Jamboree concept from one national tournament to numerous state/regional tournaments in 2010, the initiative for boys and girls in urban neighborhoods has prospered.
